The “it’s A store” currently operates more than 34 retail fashion outlets while the “it’s A café” has 1 outlet at prominent shopping malls in Indonesia.
Currently, due to expansive business needs, we are seeking young and dynamics individuals to join us as:

Human Resources Officer ( HRO )

Responsibilities:

• To handle personnel administration, data base, support employee recruitment and support others human resource activities.

Requirements:

• Fresh Graduates.
• Hold Bachelor Degree in Psychology/Human Resources/Management from reputable University with minimum GPA of 2.75.
• Excellent Microsoft Word & Excel skill.
• Excellent Administration skill.
• Well organized, attention to details, able to handle multi tasking and good communication skills.
• Independent, adaptable, flexible and able to work in a team environment.
• Good command in English.
• Able to start working within short notice.
  
• Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English
